We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service was not used excessively during the refund period
  • Account was not terminated due to Terms of Service violations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVICTUS PRO SRL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invictus Pro SRL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
